LOU JACOBS JR shot a series of photographs in 1949/1950 as part of a project at Art Center College that documented the Artists of Los Angeles – including William Brice, Lorser Feitelson, Richard Neutra, Edward Weston and others – capturing each artist in his/her studio. Jacobs’ application of architectural structure contributed to a memorable record.
